Thomas Sudyk, CEO / Chairman 
Tom formed EC Group in 1989 and is well-versed in the complexities of domestic and international business. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's of Education degree. He is respected for his straightforward approach and has guided a number of for-profit and non-profit organizations through financial and managerial difficulties. In pursuit of his passion for making a difference in the world, he formed the Global CEO Network in 2004, bringing together business owners who strive to make their international businesses successful from an operational and ministry perspective. He serves as a director on a number of boards and is a principal in companies with operations in North America, India, and China.
Timothy Daniel, Director of IT Services
Tim joined the EC Group management team in 2007. Tim has over 23 years of experience in working with the Indian IT services industry having worked in a variety of technical and managerial positions. Tim has an in-depth knowledge and experience of managing large-scale outsourced teams for major European customers in industries such as logistics and financial services. Having worked extensively in a variety of locations worldwide, Tim has a strong history of working in cross-cultural environments and is adept at drawing the best from members of diverse teams. Tim’s process-oriented approach and the fact that hehas played key roles in CMMi assessments in his previous positions, makes him an invaluable contributor to the team.
Joshua Roley, VP of US Operations
Josh joined EC Group in 2000, shortly after the Indian office was opened in 1999. Josh played an integral role in leading the expansion into software development in late 2002 and in designing the company’s Hosted Offshore Software Teams service. Since that time, he has continued to lead the growth and direction of the software division. He leads EC Group’s business development efforts as well as the client services team. Josh is passionate about the value that his clients derive from EC Group’s service and is also deeply committed to the charitable work that the company is providing to the communities in and around Chennai, India.
